Section 1 - How do we handle your information?

When you purchase items from our store, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address, as part of the buying and selling process.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How did you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a product, we imply that you agree to our collection and use of this information only for a specific reason.

Part 4 - Shopping

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and general Shopify applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.

Pay:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete the purchase transaction. Once complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that credit card information is handled securely by our stores and their service providers.

Section 5 - Third Party Services

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to provide them in connection with your purchase.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies in order to understand how these providers handle your personal information.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.

Part 7 - Cookies

Here is the list of cookies we use. We list them here so that you can choose whether you want to opt out of cookies.

_session_id, unique token, session, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, login page, etc.).

_shopify_visit, no data saved, 30 minutes since last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to record visits

_shopify_uniq, no data is saved, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the next day, and counts the number of times a single customer visits the store.

Shopping cart, a unique token that lasts 2 weeks and stores information about the contents of the cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, session

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the store has a password, used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Section 8 - Age of Consent

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or that you are of the age of majority in your state or province, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that the policy has been updated so that you can understand what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances (if any) we use and/or disclose it .

If our store is acquired or merged by another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that we can continue to sell products to you.
