Shipping policy

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 10-18 working days.

Others: 15-20 working days.

Orders in all regions will receive free delivery services. All orders will be shipped from China to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Russia, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Chile, Cambodia, Israel, Iran, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico, Turkey, etc. Countries and regions around the world.

All shipments can be completed within 1-3 working days after the customer confirms. Small batches (<100) will be completed within 7 working days. Large quantities (>500-1000) of bulk goods will need to negotiate time with the customer and give a reasonable and relatively fast delivery time.

Once all goods (very few) have tariffs or need to be cleared, the customer will bear the customs fees and assist the customs clearance. We can provide technical support and the customer needs to pay import taxes.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
