At butlep, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the products they buy from us. If you have any shipping or product issues and are frustrated, please email us and our team will assist you right away.

Exchanges : 14 days from the date of delivery, same as new, no visible wear and tear. Buyer must pay return shipping if not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and replacement is not due to our fault.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us . 

PLEASE NOTE: THIS WARRANTY ONLY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND DOES NOT COVER: 

  1. accidental damage
  2. Improper care
  3. normal abrasion
  4. Color and material breakdown from sun exposure
  5. After-sales modification

Returns/exchanges for products in contact with water are not accepted.


Damaged Items/Low Quality

For the fastest resolution, please attach a photo of the item's poor quality or damaged area. The best pictures are on a flat surface, with labels and errors clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you complete your order and eliminate errors in the future.

If you feel that your purchase does not meet the requirements you originally thought of, then you have the option to request a refund.

Here's what a refund would look like:

You can get a refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with your order: You have purchased a butlep product within the past 14 days and want to return it, we will process a full refund as soon as we receive your item 
  • The product you purchased has no function at all
  • You do not receive your product within 60 working days or 90 working days (South America) of purchase

Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to be returned to your account.

Disclaimer:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(Unless the eyewear product quality has problems)
